What time should I arrive?/ Should we be on the same flight?
You can choose whichever airline/ time you want to arrive just be sure to arrive in time to be ready to meet in the Caesars Palace lobby at 5:30 pm for group dinner.
We would love to have you on the same flight! If you're interested we will be arriving On August 14th at (TIME) on Southwest Airlines and should be at the hotel around (TIME) BELOW IS A LINK TO OUR FLIGHT DETAILS {I will update this as soon as our flights are booked}
Do I have to stay at the same hotel as you?
No, Please feel free to stay wherever you want! I understand that people have favorite stays OR want to explore as it is their first time in Vegas. However, we'll be staying at the Nobu Hotel in Caesars Palace, so if we meet up at any time, it will most likely be at or near Caesar's. If you want more information on hotels, go to the "More" tab in the top left corner, then click "Hotels and dining," you'll see the Hotel details with a link to the Nobu website and others nearby. (NOTE: although the strip is one street, the hotels are definitely not close to one another. I recommend staying in between Planet Hollywood and the Venetian unless you are planning on Ubering most of the time.)
I can't go do I still need to RSVP?
Yes, please, if you could click RSVP at the top there will be an option to say you aren't going. It helps me stay organized by automatically separating my guest list. :)
Do we have to do everything on the itinerary?
No, the only event I ask everyone to attend is Dinner at Battista's on the first night. But after that, everyone is free to spend their time in Vegas how they like! :)
What should I get you for your birthday/ do I have to get you a gift?
Please do not spend any more money on gifts; my preferred gift is to have you all there and to have a good time!
What should I pack?
A few items that you shouldn't forget are:
- Good walking shoes (I made this mistake my first time, and my feet paid the price)
- Sunscreen
- Bathing suit/ other hot weather clothes
- Going out clothes
